Some cookies are strictly necessary to operate the Service (for example, to keep you signed in) and are always active. Non-essential cookies - such as our Google Analytics and affiliate referral (FirstPromoter) cookies - are placed only if you opt in through our cookie consent banner. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies when you first visit, and you can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, or by instructing your browser to refuse cookies.

Service Providers

We use third-party services to help operate our Service (such as payment processors and hosting providers). These providers only have access to the data necessary to perform their specific functions and are contractually obligated not to use your information for any other purpose. We do not sell or share your data with these providers for marketing.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC ("Google"), to understand how visitors use our Service. Google Analytics uses cookies (such as _ga) to collect information like your IP address (anonymized), device and browser type, and the pages you visit, and produces aggregated statistics about site usage. These analytics cookies are set only after you give consent through our cookie banner, and Google Analytics is not loaded if you decline. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. You can learn more about Google's practices at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Affiliate & Referral Tracking

We operate an affiliate program using FirstPromoter. When you arrive through an affiliate or referral link, FirstPromoter sets a cookie to record which partner referred you, so that any resulting subscription can be credited to them. This cookie is non-essential and is set only after you consent through our cookie banner; it is not loaded if you decline. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. You can learn more about FirstPromoter's practices at https://firstpromoter.com.

  • Consent: for analytics cookies and any optional communications. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
  • Performance of a contract: to create and manage your account and to provide the subscription and features you request.
  • Legitimate interests: to secure, maintain and improve the Service and to prevent fraud and abuse, where these interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Legal obligation: to comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests.

Depending on where you live (including under the EU and UK GDPR), you have the following rights over your personal data:

  • Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

  • Data portability: receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
  • Objection: object to processing based on our legitimate interests.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@labsgg.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by law (generally within one month). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Data Retention

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy - for example, for the life of your account and as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. Analytics data collected through Google Analytics is retained according to our configured retention period and Google's policies. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time (see Your Data Protection Rights).

Payments

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors). We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
