Forza Horizon 6 Series 6: Horizon Meets
Forza Horizon 6 is bringing players together for its sixth Festival Playlist series with Horizon Meets. Starting Thursday, October 8 at 2:30 PM UTC, the new series adds five Festival Playlist reward cars, including three new-to-Horizon cars. It also introduces a limited-time 7-Eleven Car Meet, a new Treasure Car, 200 additional Horizon Play levels, and new ways to race and drift around Japan.
The three new Horizon additions are the 2025 BMW M4 CS, 1968 Holden Monaro GTS 327, and 2000 Honda Prelude Type SH, giving the series a pretty varied lineup. The BMW M4 CS brings 543 horsepower and all-wheel drive, making it the performance-focused option of the group. The Holden Monaro takes a more classic approach with a 5.36-liter V8, 249 horsepower, and rear-wheel drive. Meanwhile, the 2000 Honda Prelude Type SH makes 200 horsepower and uses front-wheel drive. Its Super Handling system was designed to help combat oversteer, and the car could make an interesting starting point for a drift build.
Two returning cars are also part of the Festival Playlist: the 2018 DeBerti Ford Mustang GT and 2004 Saleen S7. The DeBerti Mustang packs 750 horsepower from its 5.0-liter V8 and features a Roush supercharger, TT Designs widebody kit, and Air Design rear wing. The Saleen S7 brings 575 horsepower, a 7.0-liter V8, and a carbon-fiber body to Horizon Japan. Players who work through the full series can also earn the 1973 Lamborghini Espada 400 GT as the new Series History Reward at 1,100 points.
The biggest new addition outside of the Festival Playlist is the limited-time 7-Eleven Car Meet in the Nangan region near Nangan Day Trip. The new location is built around a 7-Eleven-inspired convenience store with a backdrop reminiscent of a Japanese konbini overlooking Mt. Fuji. The collaboration also adds a 7-Eleven-themed EventLab Prop Pack, while players can unlock a Clerk Uniform by photographing the Car Meet during the first week of the series. Behind the store, players can purchase the 2008 Mazda Furai and 1989 Toyota MR2 SC, both returning from the Welcome to Japan series, along with the Wheelspin-exclusive 1998 Mercedes-Benz AMG CLK GTR.
Horizon Meets also adds another Treasure Car for players to track down. Following the in-game photo clue will lead players to a classic 1970 Citroën 2CV, giving collectors another car to hunt for somewhere around Japan. Horizon Play is expanding by 200 levels as well, with 20 new Player Badges to unlock along the way.
There's plenty more to try in Spec Racing, which is getting 10 new additions with the Horizon Play expansion. The selection covers everything from the small 2019 Ginetta G40 Junior and 1992 Mazda RX-7 Type R to the 1987 Ferrari F40, 2020 Lamborghini Essenza SCV12, and 2017 Saleen S7 LM. Other additions include the 1990 Alfa Romeo SE 048SP, 2008 Mazda Furai, 2023 Audi R8 Coupé V10 GT RWD, 1967 Ferrari #24 Ferrari Spa 330 P4, and 1990 Nissan #12 Skyline GT-R (BNR32 Gr.A) JTC. The Alfa Romeo, Audi, and Nissan are DLC cars, but they can still be used by everyone when they appear in Spec Racing.
The update also expands the game's racing options with the Edamame Circuit, which was originally introduced during the Horizon Mascot Party series. The circuit is now available in Horizon Drift across all PI classes, Spec Racing for B and C classes, and Horizon Racing for B class. Two new Car Horns, Konbini and Noodle Slurp, are also being added as part of the series.
The Car Pass is getting four more cars during the series, starting with the 1972 Datsun 240Z #5 Rallye on October 8. It's followed by the 2024 Ferrari Purosangue on October 15, the 1990 Eunos Cosmo on October 22, and the 2024 Mercedes-AMG GT 63 4Matic+ on October 29. The lineup covers everything from a classic Japanese rally car to Ferrari's four-door, four-seat performance model, a twin-turbo rotary-powered Japanese grand tourer, and a 577-horsepower Mercedes-AMG.
Horizon Meets runs from October 8 through November 5, giving players four weeks to check out the 7-Eleven Car Meet, hunt down the Treasure Car, work through the expanded Horizon Play progression, and collect the new Festival Playlist and Car Pass cars. Once the series ends, City Life will take over Horizon Japan with two new permanent race routes in Tokyo, three more cars making their Horizon debut, and a new EventLab Prop Pack.
